Michelle Kelly has been promoted to microbiology laboratory supervisor at Cincinnati, OH-based testing laboratory, Q Laboratories. She has been a microbiologist at the company since 2004. As supervisor, she will be responsible for overseeing all functions of the Microbiology Department, including maintaining staff training, upgrading technological capabilities, optimizing the services offered by the lab and formulating and implementing future growth strategies and planning.
